2.1 Facial Photographs

We collect facial photographs that you voluntarily upload or capture through the camera for the purpose of AI-powered face reading analysis.

Photos are immediately and permanently deleted upon completion of analysis.

Photos are not stored on our servers, not used for AI model training, and not shared with any third party. The photo exists in server memory only during the brief analysis process.

2.2 Name (Nickname)

We collect the name or nickname you provide, which is used to personalize your fortune reading results and destiny card.

Names are automatically deleted after 90 days.

Your name is stored only within your fortune reading result data. All result data, including names, is automatically purged 90 days after creation. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

2.3 Gender and Birth Date

Gender and birth month/year are collected to improve the accuracy of fortune readings. This data is stored only within result data and follows the same 90-day retention policy.

2.4 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by PayPal. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers, bank account details, or other financial information. Please refer to PayPal's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your payment data.

2.5 Analytics Data

We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymized usage data such as page views and general interaction patterns. This data does not contain personally identifiable information.

4. Third-Party Services

Google Gemini AI — for face reading analysis and destiny card generation. Photos are sent to Google's API for analysis and are subject to Google's API Terms of Service.
PayPal — for payment processing.
Supabase — for data storage (fortune reading results and shared links).
Vercel — for hosting and anonymized analytics.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data, including:

HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
No persistent storage of facial photographs
Automatic data expiration and deletion policies
Secure third-party service integrations

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request deletion of your data at any time before the 90-day auto-deletion
Request information about what data we hold about you
Opt out of analytics tracking through browser settings

7. Children's Privacy
